The Ontario Hockey League has announced that accreditation applications are now available for all media and photographers for the upcoming 2012-13 season.

Please download and complete the applications, one for print/broadcast media and the other for photographers, with the appropriate information from your Media Affiliation included and return to the CHL/OHL office by fax at 416.332.1477 or by email.

CHL Passes are issued only to media that provide regular daily coverage of a team at home AND who travel on the road and are intended strictly for this use.  

In an effort to effectively control the number of league passes distributed, greater emphasis will be placed on team issued passes and game day credentials requested by many online-only media outlets.

Team specific passes can be issued for the season or on a game-by-game basis by clubs at their discretion to visiting media, and/or local media that regularly cover home games only.  Application for admittance can be made directly with the clubs.  

The Kitchener Rangers Media Credentials Policies and Applications can be found on our website. Completed applications must be submitted to Michelle Fortin, Manager of Media Relations by fax at 519.576.7571 or by email.

CHL Photo credentials are required for photographers and camera operators in all CHL arenas.  The CHL Photo Policy is outlined in the attached Photo Accreditation Application Form and a pass shall only be issued when the waiver portion of the form has been submitted.  

Please note that all submitted forms are subject to the approval of the Canadian Hockey League.

Passes from the 2011-12 season shall be honoured for all 2012 Preseason games.

The Canadian Hockey League regular season begins on Thursday, September 20, 2012. The Kitchener Rangers open the season at the Mississauga Steelheads on Friday, September 21 at 7:30 pm.
