As the Kitchener Rangers enter the 2012-13 season we look forward to supporting your organization/group at one of our upcoming home games.

Available at every home game is our Community Corner. This space allows approved groups within our region the opportunity to have on-site presence at a Kitchener Rangers home game. This is a complimentary service provided to charitable organizations, community groups or non-profit organizations. Please note that this space does not accommodate any third party fundraising, businesses or team fundraising.

Your Community Corner game day with the Rangers includes:

1. Your event/group/organization logo to be shown on our centre ice video board.
2. One 6 foot table with two chairs in our designated Community Corner that you may present your messaging at.

The following request policy has been developed as a way to create consistency and fairness to organizations that seek support. We run on a first come, first serve basis and ask that only the event organizer completes the online application below.

In order to qualify for this request you must fall under one or more of the following categories:

Charitable Organization
Community Group
Non-profit Organization

The Kitchener Rangers are only able to accommodate each group/organization once during the OHL season. Please read our regulations and restrictions below before completing your application.

Regulations/restrictions:

1. Event organizer must complete the application form below.
   
2. We will not accept applications from third party fundraisers, groups or businesses.
3. Priority is given to those located in Waterloo Region.
4. One application per year/per group is allowed.
5. Group/organization must adhere to regular ticket holder policy: OHL policy dictates that there will be no audio recording, video recording or photography from a camera with lenses larger than 35mm or SLR camera equipment. Flash photography from personal cameras is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed objectionable. Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any game or event and hereby agrees to assume same. Holder consents to reasonable examinations of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, by-laws and facility regulations and rules.
6. No telephone, fax or email requests will be accepted.

PROCESSING

The Kitchener Rangers will reply to all solicitation letters. Due to the high volume of requests the team receives, telephone inquiries regarding application status are discouraged.
