SEASON TICKET OWNERSHIP
The subscriber of each season ticket is the person, company or organization indicated at the box office through the account number on the ticket(s). This is the person to whom all communications will be directed. To change an account’s name or address, please contact The Aud at 519-741-2699. Management reserves the right to renew and/or cancel season tickets.
SEASON TICKET RENEWAL POLICY FOR 2011-12 SEASON
Season ticket holders for the 2011-12 season are required to place a $50 deposit per ticket no later than February 24, 2012 in order to reserve their seats for the 2012-13 season.
PLAYOFF TICKET POLICY
Season ticket holders who have not elected to use the “16 Game Convenience Package” or the “Pre-Authorized Credit Card Plan” will have their seats held until 48 hours before the start of the first 2 home games and 24 hours before the start of subsequent home games in each series. After this time your seats will be released to the public for sale.
ADDITIONAL PLAYOFF TICKET PURCHASES
Season ticket holders who would like to purchase additional tickets above their current seats must purchase through The Aud Box Office when the tickets go on sale to the public.
TICKET STUBS
Ticket stubs must be retained throughout the game to allow ushers to verify the holder’s proper seat location.
FAN SAFETY
Please remember that the puck travels at high speeds and occasionally leaves the playing surface. Protective netting has been placed at both ends of the ice to increase your safety but please give your full attention to the game at all times.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER SKATE WITH THE RANGERS
The season ticket holder skate with the Rangers will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at The Aud from 7:00pm to 7:50pm.
CHARITY EXHIBITION GAME
The exhibition game scheduled on Sunday, September 4, 2011 is general admission and is not included in your season ticket package.
