SEASON TICKET OWNERSHIP

The subscriber of each season ticket is the person, company or organization indicated at the box office through the account number on the ticket(s). This is the person to whom all communications will be directed. To change an account’s name or address, please contact The Aud at 519-741-2699. Management reserves the right to renew and/or cancel season tickets.

SEASON TICKET RENEWAL POLICY FOR 2012-13 SEASON

Season ticket holders for the 2012-13 season are required to place a $50 deposit per ticket no later than Saturday, February 23, 2013 in order to reserve their seats for the 2013-14 season.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER PLAYOFF TICKET POLICY

There are two ticket purchasing options for your playoff tickets that provide savings and benefits over regular playoff pricing.

Option 1 is the “Pre-Authorized Credit Card Plan” or pay as we play option. This plan allows you to pick up your tickets at the start of each round of the playoffs. By providing your credit card you are authorizing the Rangers to charge your credit card at the beginning of each round of playoffs that the Rangers participate in. The amount charged will be based on the number of possible home games to be played in the specific round. Any home games not played in that round will be applied against the next round charges. Once the playoffs are concluded, any home games that were not played in the final round will be refunded to your credit card.

Option 2 is  the “16 Game Convenience Package” which allows you to pick up all of your tickets at once in advance of the playoffs and avoid ticket lines. Games not played by the Rangers that are included in the “16 Game Convenience Package” will be refunded on a specific game by game basis at the completion of the playoffs. As an example, if the Rangers only were required to play 3 games before advancing to the 2nd round, a refund for game 4 of the 1st round would be available. The refund can be applied to your 2013-14 season tickets or refunded to your credit card. This pattern would continue throughout the remaining games played in the 2012-13 playoffs. Full payment for the “16 Game Convenience Package” is required prior to picking up your tickets.

Please note Tickets will NO LONGER be held prior to each game/round this season. To guarantee seats for playoffs, please select OPTION 1 or 2. Tickets not claimed through OPTION 1 or 2 will be released for sale March 8th.

March 10th, 2013 - Playoff ticket packages are available for pickup at The Aud Box Office

ADDITIONAL PLAYOFF TICKET PURCHASES

Season ticket holders who would like to purchase additional tickets above their current seats must purchase through The Aud Box Office when the tickets go on sale to the public.

TICKET STUBS

Ticket stubs must be retained throughout the game to allow ushers to verify the holder’s proper seat location.

FAN SAFETY

Please remember that the puck travels at high speeds and occasionally leaves the playing surface. Protective netting has been placed at both ends of the ice to increase your safety but please give your full attention to the game at all times.

CHARITY EXHIBITION GAME

The exhibition game is general admission and is not included in your season ticket package.
