The Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club is proud to announce the details for this year’s Hockey Day in Rangers Nation, which will take place on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.
Now in its sixth year, Hockey Day in Rangers Nation aims to engage the region’s 10-year-old Major Atom house league hockey players, providing them the opportunity to participate in an authentic Rangers Game Day Experience.
Fourteen house league teams from around the Waterloo Region will experience what it is like to be part of the Kitchener Rangers and play a full game against a team from outside of their own league. Hockey Day in Rangers Nation is an annual event that is offered at no cost to the participants. Teams also have the opportunity to purchase group tickets for the Rangers’ home game against the Erie Otters that evening.
When teams arrive on Hockey Day in Rangers Nation, they are greeted by their very own dressing room attendant. The game-day experience continues with pre-game introductions and full use of The Aud’s new state of the art centre ice video board. Following their game, each player receives a gift package and post-game meal. Later that day, players can re-live their day as Hockey Day highlights are broadcast on the video scoreboard as the Rangers play host to Sudbury.
Hockey Day in Rangers Nation is limited to 14 teams that will be selected through a lottery process.

Selected teams will be contacted and will receive the following Rangers game day experience:
