Rangers Express

The Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club, in partnership with local restaurants, are now offering the Rangers Express program. Fans can meet at any of the locations listed below and board the Rangers bus to the game at The Aud prior to game time. This service is FREE! The bus will return to the restaurant location following the game.

DEPARTURE TIMES
Bus departure from restaurant will be 45-minutes prior to game time . Bus departure from The Aud following the game will be 10 minutes following the game’s three-star selections. (Please note: You must board bus before the specified departure or run the risk of bus leaving without you.)

TICKETING SYSTEM
In addition, the Rangers Express program is introducing a ticketing system, guaranteeing patrons a spot on the return ride from The Aud. Upon arrival at the pick-up location, simply ask for a ticket, free of charge, inside the restaurant (tickets for the Downtown Kitchener location available from the bus driver). At the end of the game, you must show your ticket to reclaim your spot.

EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION
Emergency transportation will be made available during the game. In the event a rider of the Rangers Express is in need of emergency transportation while at the game, they  may visit the Rangers information booth located in the North Concourse of the arena to request assistance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. When will the bus arrive at the pick-up point?
The bus will arrive one hour (60 minutes) before the start of the game and will leave for The Aud 45 minutes before puck drop.

Q. Are there multiple buses at each stop?
No. The Rangers Express service is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. A second bus will be added on FRIDAYS ONLY at Moose Winooski's, Montana's Kitchener and Montana's Waterloo.

Q. Am I guaranteed a spot on the bus?

The Rangers have introduced a ticketing system to ensure patrons a return trip from The Aud. Upon arrival at the restaurant location, simply ask inside for a ticket, available free of charge. (Tickets for the Downtown Kitchener Restaurants are available from the bus driver.)

Q. Where will the Rangers Express pick me up?

CASEY’S BAR AND GRILL, SUNRISE CENTRE (1440 Ottawa St. S.): The bus will park outside the restaurant’s main entrance

MOOSE WINOOSKI’S (SPORTSWORLD CROSSING): The bus will be parked in the lot between McDonalds and Ye’s Sushi

CASEY’S BAR AND GRILL (1120 Victoria St. N.): The bus will park outside the restaurant’s main doors

ST. LOUIS BAR AND GRILL (283 Northfield Dr. E): The bus will park outside the restaurant’s main entrance

MONTANA’S WATERLOO (310 The Boardwalk): The bus will park in the receiving area behind the restaurant.

DOWNTOWN KITCHENER RESTAURANTS (200 King St. W): The bus will be parked on Young Street side of Kitchener City Hall, by the entrance to the Parking Garage.

Q. When does the bus leave the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium after the game?
The bus will arrive two (2) hours after the start of the game and will leave 10 minutes after the game’s Three Star selection. Please note, if you are not on board in time, the Rangers Express bus will depart without you. Please note, you must board your bus at the location at which it is parked - some buses will be waiting curbside on East Avenue or Borden Street.

Q. What if there is an emergency and I need to return to my car before the end of the game?
In the case of an emergency, transportation will be made available during the game to Rangers Express users. Those in need of emergency transportation while at the game are instructed to request assistance at the Rangers information booth located in the North Concourse of the arena.

Q. Where will the bus pick me up at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium?
The Rangers Express buses will pick you up at the East Avenue Entrance. Four buses will be parked on the ring road, while the remaining buses will be parked curbside on East Avenue. Please note: buses parked curbside will not pull ahead to the doors - please make your way to the appropriate bus.
